S.F Express Delivery will cost HKD$30-52 . Please note, these costs only apply to H.K.S.A.R. There may be a surcharge for highlands and Islands.
We aim to process orders in 4 business days, although at busy times we may take up to two working week.
Delivery charges are for a fixed postal cost depending on the weight of the package. We do not add any extra charge for packing.
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will contact you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.
International Orders:
We welcome international orders. Delivery charges will be added before payment is taken. International shipping is calculated volumetrically, so is determined by the size and the weight of the package. Please note that overseas customers may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of International Orders.
Returns:
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Pause A Wild but if not, we can offer a free exchange on any item as long as it is returned in an unused and saleable conditions. Please contact us for more information. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
